The Empress has a reputation for a warm and friendly welcome and is complemented by impeccable service and superb food from either of our two dining areas and private function suites.
Dining Rooms
The first floor Brasserie Restaurant & Piano Bar are the ideal places to meet up with friends or family for a relaxing lunch, intimate dinner or afternoon tea and all with amazing views over Douglas Bay from the impressive conservatory that spans the full width of the hotel.
The Breakfast Room is on the lower ground floor and with direct access from the Promenade.
Function Rooms
The Prince Albert Suite caters for up to 180 guests for private events while the more intimate Connaught Room can take up to 60 guests for lunch or dinner, providing different options depending on the size of your event.
The events team will be happy to discuss a menu to suit both your requirements and your budget, from an afternoon tea or a buffet, right through to a delicious sit down meal.
