If you’re arranging an event for Charity, then our Prince Albert Suite works great for up to 180. Our package includes everything you need to make the function go off without a hitch and help your chosen Charity raise their vital funds.
Whatever your budget, please get in touch as we may be able to offer a reduced package for off peak dates to accommodate your event.
Red carpet arrival – Complimentary room hire in the Prince Albert Suite – Choice of 3 course lunch or dinner – Choice of finger buffet or Afternoon Tea if preferred – Table linen with full layup included – Coloured LED ceiling lights to match your colour theme – Discounted accommodation for your guests at The Empress – Complimentary bedroom at The Empress for the organiser if minimum numbers achieved
Drinks reception on arrival or wine with the meal – Flowers or uplighter decoration for each table – Room decorations to enhance the atmosphere or theme (additional cost) – Entertainment with a disco, band or guest speaker – FREE PA System built into the Prince Albert Suite (if no disco is needed) – Table magician or caricaturist during the meal
For events over 100 guests attending, The Empress will donate a raffle or auction prize, such as Sunday Lunch or even an overnight stay for two.
